Cinco de Mayo is tomorrow so I wanted to “spill the tea“ on a cocktail recipe that would perfect for your fiesta. If you have already purchased Miss Lena's blackberry jam and peach preserves, you can use the jam to make simple syrup. This recipe requires simple syrup so why not add flavored simple syrup to intensify the taste of the cocktail. I personally don't drink tequila but you can substitute tequila for rum in this recipe and make margaritas. You can also use triple sec in the peach recipe but I liked the taste of peach schnapps in this drink. If you are looking for some recipes to make tomorrow, check out my website. I have great recipes for taco, enchiladas, chimichanga, taquitos and also quesadillas. If you can't tell, I love Mexican food and I love sharing my take of Mexican recipes. If you make this cocktail, make sure to tag me on social media! Happy Cinco de Mayo Spilling the Sweet Tea fam! Btw, the jam sale will now end on Friday, May 6th!
